The Veterans Memorial Museum at Kingsville Historical Park was established to promote interest, education and research in the Military and Civic History of the Kingsville-Essex County area.

1. Special Event featuring Sande Gunning of River Gallery in New Brunswick, "Heritage Fibre Crafts in a Modern World."

 

 Come by the Kingsville Historical Park Museum on June 1st, 2nd and 3rd for demonstrations of rug hooking, penny rugs and a 100 year old sock knitting machine used to send socks to WWI soldiers! Click on the Calendar link on the left side of the page for more information on specific times of demonstrations.

 

2. Memorial Cup Visit

 

Come by the Kingsville Historical Park Museum on Tuesday, May 23rd to see the Memorial Cup between 2:30 and 3:00 pm!

 

3. Memorial Cup Exhibition

 

The Kingsville Historical Park Museum will have a travelling display set up at the WFCU Center in Windsor for the duration of the Memorial Cup Tournament, stop in and pay us a visit!

 

4. Volunteers Needed

 

Interested in the history of the Town of Kingsville or the residents of the local area? Do you have a background in historical research? Do you have skills in restoration, preservation or conservation? Or, maybe you are a master craftsman, painter or exhibit designer? We are always in need of those with gardening or maintenance skill sets as well. Come find out at the Kingsville Historical Park Museum.
